| FRAME 1 | Today, Mr. Johnson is dining at Planet Storybook, the premiere eatery for storybook characters. He looks around in awe of the storybook memorabilia, such as the pail from Jack and Jill. He even sees Cinderella and Prince Charming passing by, and Little Jack Horner sitting in the corner. Mr. Johnson's excitement quickly fades when he learns that Grover will be his waiter once again. Grover assures him that Planet Storybook cares for their customers, quoting their motto "We serve healthy food, so you will live happily ever after." Mr. Johnson is given a breakfast menu to peruse, but he says he doesn't want breakfast. Grover stresses that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and segues to a film to make his point. |
| Muppets | "The Most Important Meal of the Day" (introduction cut) (First: Episode 3211) |
| FRAME 2 | Grover has gone to the kitchen, chiding an unseen employee who intends to serve pease porridge nine days old. He brings a fresh dish of porridge to Mr. Johnson, whose vocal disdain for the food offends one ursine customer, who growls. Grover explains that Mr. Johnson can't claim to dislike something until he tries it, and points him to another film. |
| Muppets | "Cereal Girl" (First: Episode 2687) |
| Song | "Blueberry Mouth" (First: Episode 3300) |
| FRAME 3 | Grover tends to two little piggies (one wants roast beef, and the other wants none) before coming back to Mr. Johnson, who finally reveals that he already had breakfast. Now, it's lunchtime, and he has his mind set on having a slice of pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Grover, however, points out that Mr. Johnson has had that for lunch every day at Charlie's. Grover recommends a healthier alternative, their special "Pasta Surprise," and dashes off to get it. |
| Song | "The Pasta Song" (First: Episode 3137) |
| FRAME 4 | A starved Mr. Johnson groans about not being served pizza when Grover brings out his meal, tripping on Jack Be Nimble's candle in the process. Grover unveils the "Pasta Surprise," which is a hat with a feather in it. He calls it "macaroni," in keeping with the story of "Yankee Doodle." |
| Muppets | "Telly's Lunch" (First: Episode 3510) |
| Film | Three girls clap rhythms while naming vegetables. (First: Episode 3051) |
| FRAME 5 | Grover brings out a large plate of salad and attempts to feed it to Mr. Johnson, who still insists on having pizza. Grover loses his patience and shoves a spoonful of salad into Mr. Johnson's mouth. Mr. Johnson admits he likes the salad and agrees to try more healthy foods. Grover then segues to a film about balanced eating. |
| Muppets | "Healthy Food" (First: Episode 2404) |
| Song | "You Don't Have to Be a Grizzly" (First: Episode 3398) |
| FRAME 6 | Mr. Johnson vows to eat new healthy foods starting with his salad, not noticing until too late that Grover has eaten it. What's more, Grover reveals that there's no more food in the kitchen, attributing a large food rush to The Pied Piper and his kids. Grover tells Mr. Johnson that he should've ordered earlier, which causes him to stammer and faint. Grover then goes to wait on Little Miss Muffet, and proposes that they order out for pizza; which he admits isn't very healthy, but it's okay to splurge every once in a while. Miss Muffet offers to get her cell phone from her car. |
| Film | PIZZA: In fast motion, a group of kids orders pizza and have it delivered to their house. (First: Episode 3408) Played over the credits. |
| FRAME 7 | Mr. Johnson wakes up to see Grover and Little Miss Muffet chowing down on their pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, which makes him faint again. |
